About This Recruitment

Employees' State Insurance Corporation has notified recruitment for 366 posts under File No. T-11/12/2/2016-Legal, dated 10 August 2026. The last date to apply is 28 Aug 2026. The prescribed qualification is A law degree, current Bar Council enrolment, and five to ten years in practice depending on the forum. The vacancies are spread across 6 distinct posts, and the category-wise split for each is set out in the vacancy table below.
Selection is made through Scrutiny, Shortlisting at ESIC's discretion and Interaction before a Selection Committee of the Regional Director and two external legal experts, followed by the remaining stages set out below. Selected candidates are placed in the pay scale of Professional fees under the ESIC office memorandum of 25 March 2026; no retainer is paid for empanelment alone. The place of posting is Courts and tribunals across Maharashtra.
The form is submitted offline in the manner set out in the notification. Check the notification for whether a correction window is offered, because most fields cannot be amended once the form is submitted.
Read the official notification in full before you begin the form. Eligibility, fees and dates are revised through corrigenda more often than candidates expect, and an application submitted against the wrong criteria is rejected at document verification rather than at submission — by which point the cycle is over.
