Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Ayog has notified recruitment for 40 posts under Advt. No. 13/2026, post code 26045. Applications are accepted online from 14 Aug 2026 to 11 Sept 2026. The prescribed qualification is A bachelor's degree with typing at 30 words a minute in English or 25 in Hindi on a computer, and the age limit is 18 to 45 years before category relaxation is applied. The vacancies are spread across 7 distinct posts, and the category-wise split for each is set out in the vacancy table below.

Selection is made through Computer-based test, Typing test and Document verification. Selected candidates are placed in the pay scale of ₹12,500 a month, consolidated, under the Job Trainee Scheme 2025. The place of posting is Department of Personnel, Secretariat Administration Services-I, Himachal Pradesh.

The application fee is ₹800 — ₹100 examination fee and ₹700 processing fee for All categories. The entire process is completed online, from registration through to fee payment and the final printout of the confirmation page. A correction window is available after applications close, and it is the only opportunity to amend most fields — details are in the dates table below.

Read the official notification in full before you begin the form. Eligibility, fees and dates are revised through corrigenda more often than candidates expect, and an application submitted against the wrong criteria is rejected at document verification rather than at submission — by which point the cycle is over.
