Educational Qualification

Anyone who has completed, or is currently serving, an apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act 1961 is not eligible. |
- Apply for one trade only. No change is allowed after submission under any circumstances.
- A previous or current apprenticeship disqualifies you under the Apprentices Act.
- The notification is explicit: there is no provision for employment after the training.
- Register on the Apprenticeship India portal with Aadhaar e-KYC first, then apply on the IGCAR site with the same email and mobile.
- No travel allowance is paid for document verification, and hostel accommodation is chargeable and subject to availability.

Selection Process
Each stage is qualifying for the next. Clearing a stage does not carry marks forward unless the notification says so.
