About This Recruitment

Indian Army has notified recruitment for 10 posts under JAG Entry Scheme — 125th Course, April 2027. Applications are accepted online from 17 Jul 2026 to 17 Aug 2026. The prescribed qualification is An LLB with at least 55% in aggregate and a valid CLAT PG 2026 score, with eligibility for Bar Council registration, and the age limit is 21 to 27 years before category relaxation is applied.
Selection is made through Shortlisting, SSB centre and date selection and SSB Interview, followed by the remaining stages set out below. Selected candidates are placed in the pay scale of ₹56,100 a month during training; ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 with Military Service Pay of ₹15,500 after commissioning. The place of posting is Officers Training Academy, Chennai; SSB at Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru or Jalandhar.
The entire process is completed online, from registration through to fee payment and the final printout of the confirmation page. Check the notification for whether a correction window is offered, because most fields cannot be amended once the form is submitted.
Read the official notification in full before you begin the form. Eligibility, fees and dates are revised through corrigenda more often than candidates expect, and an application submitted against the wrong criteria is rejected at document verification rather than at submission — by which point the cycle is over.
