Educational Qualification

- This is a restricted recruitment. Only candidates certified as Migrants under SRO 412 of 2009, or as Kashmiri Pandits under SRO 425 of 2017, are eligible.
- A valid Jammu and Kashmir domicile certificate dated on or before 8 September 2026 is compulsory.
- One application per item number, and no correction is possible after submission.
- No TA or DA is paid for the examination or for document verification.

Age is reckoned as on 1 January 2026. Open Merit candidates may be up to 40, reserved categories up to 43, and PwBD candidates up to 42.
