Educational Qualification

- Every appointment is contractual for one year, extendable at the company's discretion.
- There is no written examination. Selection is made at an interview cum document verification.
- Experience is mandatory — two years for Junior Management, six for Senior and ten to fifteen for Higher Management.
- Reservation benefits are limited to Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates, and OBC reservation is subject to a pending writ petition.
- Serving government or PSU employees must produce a No Objection Certificate at the interview.
